Temperzone, a long-established air conditioning manufacturer, distributes Hitachi Cooling & Heating products in New Zealand and handles NZ warranty support. Hitachi Cooling & Heating products are now manufactured and sold by Bosch Home Comfort Group. You buy and have them installed through Temperzone's installer network.

Temperzone's NZ warranty document lists 6 years parts and labour for P Series and airHome 400 and 600 wall-mounted splits, airCore 700 ducted, cassette and ceiling-suspended systems, and multi-split (RAM) systems. Floor-mounted split systems (RAF) get 5 years parts and labour. Mini VRF systems get 3 years.
