Install with us
NZ Heat Pumpssells fixed-price standard heat pump installs online and subcontracts the work. You quote us one rate for a standard back-to-back high-wall install and a per-item rate for extras. We do the sizing, the selling, the customer contract and the paperwork; you turn up to a booked job with the details already confirmed and invoice us when it's done.
What we're asking for
- A fixed rate for the standard back-to-back install below, per package size, unit supplied at your trade price.
- Per-item rates for the usual extras: pipe beyond 3 m, roof or bracket mounts, roof-space and underfloor runs, new circuits, old unit removal.
- A site check (visit or photos) within an agreed number of working days of a booking.
- The electrical certificate, the manufacturer warranty registered in the customer's name, and your workmanship warranty in writing.
- Current EWRB registration and refrigerant handling certification, both of which we verify before any job.
- Public liability insurance in your business's name.
What you get
- Booked jobs with the room, the size, the wall and the customer's details already gathered.
- No quoting, no sales visits, no chasing customers for a decision.
- One invoice to one business, paid on the agreed terms after the job and the certificate.
- Your credentials named on the site once the subcontract is signed and verified, if you want them there.
